6. Clinical Manifestation

1) Sx. & Sn.

(1) Cecum & ascending ca. : insidus bleeding ���anemia

(2) Transverse & descending colon

obstruction
-abdominal cramping pain
-constipation, diarrhea, or alternating periods of each
-change of stool caliber
-even perforation
bleeding : hematochezia

(3) Rectal ca.

bowel habit change
hematochezia
tenesmus or sense of incomplete evacuation

(4) anal lesion : hematochezia

(5) metastasis��� ������ Sx.

meta to liver-hepatomegaly (most common)
spread within pelvis
implants on the peritonium ��� ascites
