This question is in use as title of lectures or articles often. However, it is difficult to answer the question exactly. The reason is there are too many leaders from father closely to president of one country. We have seen and heard about leadership numerously. So it is too common topic and people tend to think less important about it. Now we live in this generation that has been globalized, diversified and individualized. tro. Generally, most people think the maestro of orchestra is a strict person having dictatorial charisma. On the other hand, in maestro leadership, appearance of leader needs not only severe and strong charisma, but also delicacy and gentleness understanding members. It is an interactive leadership type and communication¡¯s leading.
In maestro leadership, the leader has to have an ability to see forest and tree both. For example, in maestro case, if they focus on one player¡¯s sound, they can¡¯t make entire harmony. On the other side, if they try to listen to entire sound, they can¡¯t find which part is problem. In symphony, sound of any instruments should not be louder or quieter. Therefore, the maestro has to conduct orchestra by adjusting all musical instruments¡¯ sound heights or dynamics.
